Mixed Ability Dance activities are now available at Heaton Tennis and Squash Club (BD9 5HP) every Monday evening, 5.30-6.30pm!

Classes are run by “Dance for Life“, a Bradford Council project aimed at promoting dance for all. Dance is a great activity, not only for its health and fitness benefits, but improves confidence, co-ordination, strength and flexibility being at the same time a fantastic social activity!

If you want more information, please contact Laura Liddon at laura.liddon@bradford.gov.uk, or call Dawn or Karla (Bradford Disability Sports and Leisure) at 01274 522750.
